Due to continued growth within The IN Group, we are seeking an additional Contract Manager to join our team. The Contract Manager will work with senior sales and operational leaders on reviewing and negotiation of client terms of business. The role predominantly supports our UK business and is based from our London office with flexibility to work remotely.

Reporting to our Senior Bid & Contract Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing client terms of business and managing addendum requests to our standard terms of business were applicable. This is a role that reaches all areas of our business and requires an ability to work in a fast paced environment under demanding deadlines.

Experience:

  • Ideally you will have experience within a contracts role in the recruitment sector or professional services sector

  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience within a contracts position

  • Experience in contract management, commercial contracts or similar with highly transferable skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects/tasks at the same time.

  • Competent user of MS Office.

  • Recruitment industry knowledge / experience preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing client contracts to highlight operational clauses, any risks to the business and/or points for client negotiation.

  • Creating and managing requests for variation to our standard terms of business.

  • Governing the contract review process.

  • Supporting our sales colleagues in client negotiations, where relevant.

  • Ensuring contracts are agreed in line with our internal Risk Governance Policy.

  • Coordinating agreement signature in line with our internal Signatory Policy.

  • Working with our internal Legal Counsel for escalation and agreement to specific legal clauses.

  • Internal stakeholder management.

  • Updating our internal terms tracker.

  • Maintaining our signed contract tracker portal.

  • Associated ad-hoc tasks i.e. related improvement projects, reporting, client portal registrations, company information questionnaires.
