In this role you will be a part of our London Technology Practice where we have a unique opportunity to recruit for Senior level Technology positions, within an established market, benefiting from higher fee's and our excellent cross selling offering. At Investigo we have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 3 years, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing business where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

This is technology contract focused desk and we are hiring this role because we have warm and established relationships with senior technology candidates and clients, so would like an experienced consultant to manage these existing relationships relationships and grow the market further.

The Role:

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

  • Candidate identification and interviews

  • Due to the nature of senior technology space there will be a large emphasis on creating long term relationships with your candidates who are also often your clients.

  • Working on a retained basis and at times contingent

  • Advising and feeding back to candidates

  • In person meetings

  • Attending events

  • New business development

  • Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these

  • Lead generation through relationship building

  • Growing a team in future (if you wish)

  • Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for:

This is an opportunity for an experienced technology or change & transformation recruitment consultant with 3 years or more experience. The ideal person will:

  • Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting

  • Ideally you will have 3 years or more of technology or change & transformation recruitment experience

  • Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment

  • You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team

  • Have excellent communication and level of professionalism

  • You would like to be an individual billing consultant, or grow a team in future (if you wish)

Career Progression and Training:

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:

  • 121 training with your team and manager

  • In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into

  • Online models to bolster your learning

  • Leadership specific training
