🎯 The Role: Principal Consultant — Life Sciences Staffing (New York)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Establish and grow a Life Sciences niche — your market, your strategy.
Build new client partnerships while deepening relationships with existing ones.
Source, engage, and manage Life Sciences professionals using cutting-edge tools and sector-specific platforms.
Lead recruitment processes end-to-end — from client brief to offer management.
Partner closely with candidates and clients, offering market insight and trusted advice.
Help shape the future of BioTalent New York alongside an ambitious, collaborative team.
