🎯 The Opportunity: Principal Consultant (San Diego)
We’re expanding our US presence and looking for ambitious Senior / Principal Consultants to be part of our brand-new San Diego office. Based in the city, this is your chance to build and own your market in one of the fastest-growing life sciences hubs in the world.
This is a 360, client-facing role where you’ll develop your own client base, nurture candidate relationships, and drive your market to success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and grow your own specialist Life Sciences market.
Win new business, manage client partnerships and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
Resourcing, headhunting and market mapping via LinkedIn Recruiter and life sciences-specific platforms.
Manage the full recruitment process — sourcing to offer negotiation.
Organize interviews, gather feedback, and offer expert, consultative guidance to both clients and candidates.
Keep our ATS (Bullhorn) up-to-date and accurate.
Build long-lasting, impactful relationships across your network.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a solid track record of strong billings.
Confident business developer with the ability to win and grow client accounts.
A passion for the Life Sciences industry - or a real desire to immerse yourself in it.
Relationship builder, problem solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
