A few weeks ago, The IN Group had the pleasure of welcoming 14 talented colleagues from Career International (科锐国际) to our London headquarters as part of our Global Exchange Programme. The initiative is designed to strengthen our international partnerships, share expertise, and foster a deeper understanding of the recruitment markets we operate in worldwide.
A Week of Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
Each of our visitors was paired with their TIG counterpart for a week of knowledge exchange, collaboration, and learning. Together, teams explored recruitment best practices, compared market insights, and identified new ways to deliver exceptional value to clients and candidates.
From insightful business sessions to informal networking drinks, the week provided a unique opportunity to connect on both a professional and personal level. The conversations were as inspiring as they were productive, and the relationships built will continue to strengthen our global network.
What’s Next: China, Here We Come!
The exchange doesn’t stop here. Later this year, our TIG team will travel to China for the second part of the programme. This next chapter will allow us to further deepen collaboration, gain first-hand knowledge of the Chinese recruitment market, and continue developing long-term cross-cultural partnerships.
