Our feet have finally touched the ground after what can only be described as The IN Group’s most unforgettable summer conference to date. TIG Fest 2025 did not disappoint — and it’s safe to say this year set a whole new bar.
Kicking Off with Big Vision and Big Wins
The day began with bold vision-setting sessions, where leaders from across The IN Group shared exciting updates on the projects shaping our future. We also took time to recognise and celebrate some incredible individual and team performances, spotlighting the people who make TIG such a special place to work.
Festival Vibes All Afternoon
As the afternoon unfolded, festival fever swept through the venue. From friendly games on the playing field to chilled moments by the pool, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
A Night to Remember
But when the sun went down, the energy only went up. Sequins, sparkles, and a little bit of rock ’n’ roll — the evening came alive with Bandeoke, giving our people the chance to take centre stage. Who knew we had so many headline-worthy performers hiding in our ranks?

Our summer conferences have always been a highlight of the TIG calendar, but TIG Fest 2025 truly raised the stakes. It was a celebration of our journey so far, a boost of energy for what’s ahead, and a reminder of the creativity and community that makes our culture unique.
