Client Solutions Manager

The role of the Client Solutions Director is to generate new customer relationships, increase spend and service lines with existing customers. You will join the EU SMT, hold our SECO licence and play a key role in BioTalent’s go to market strategy within Switzerland and the broader DACH region. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for representing BioTalent at industry events, developing new products, maintaining our industry leading NPS score, increasing our spend per account and total account base within your region.

Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Drive BioTalent growth in Switzerland and Germany.

  • Develop client acquisition and growth strategies targeting enterprise accounts (min revenue CHF500k/year).

  • Position BioTalent as a leading human capital solutions provider.

  • Support BioTalent Communities (Race in STEM & HealthTechQuity) in the region.

  • Develop and market C-Suite events.

  • Utilize research tools to report market trends.

New Business Development:

  • Identify business opportunities in Switzerland and Germany.

  • Support sales team with RFI/RFPs.

  • Negotiate and agree on new business terms.

  • Attend conferences and represent BioTalent.

  • Attend key client meetings and pitches.

Product and Solutions:

  • Position BioTalent as a solutions provider to increase revenue.

  • Develop product offerings to stay competitive.

  • Participate in events, podcasts, and offline communities.

  • Work with marketing on lead generation and post-event follow-up.

NFI & Account Expansion:

  • Identify high-growth potential clients and develop strategies to expand.

  • Expand relationships from Europe and the US into the DACH region.

  • Increase revenue by opening new verticals and product offerings.

  • Promote NPS scores and enhance customer experience.

  • Work with leadership on resource allocation and service agreements.

  • Support clients' diversity goals through BioTalent’s communities.

Compliance:

  • Update on legislative changes and represent BioTalent at Swiss Staffing.

  • Annual placement reporting.

Outcomes:

  • Achieve NFI & Operating Profit targets in Switzerland.

  • Personal NFI contribution of CHF1m from new and existing accounts.

  • 50% NFI from temp, freelance, or RPO.

  • Achieve Client Universe goals.

  • Spend per account to exceed CHF100k NFI per year.

  • Grow client universe by 2 enterprise accounts (CHF500k+ each) annually.

  • Expand overall client universe by 10% per year.

  • Retain 20% of Perm NFI.

  • Sell at least one RPO annually.

  • Deliver world-class customer service with a minimum NPS of 60.
