As BioTalent continues its ambitious international growth, we’re looking for an exceptional Principal Consultant to lead our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) market across Europe. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven individual to shape strategy, drive business development, and take ownership of one of the most dynamic areas in life sciences recruitment.

The Opportunity:
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our EU MSAT offering, collaborating with established leaders including Sarah Pawar, while benefiting from clear, fast-track progression opportunities and earning up to 50% commission.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and grow the EU MSAT market — develop new client relationships and expand existing partnerships across Europe.

  • Drive new business opportunities — both independently and in collaboration with the wider BioTalent team.

  • Contribute to our strategic growth in Europe as we continue to expand our international footprint.

  • Option to build and mentor a team around you as your desk grows, if leadership is part of your career plan.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record of success in life science recruitment, ideally within MSAT, Biologics, or advanced manufacturing markets.

  • Demonstrated billing success with a strong network of EU-based clients.

  • Strong business development skills and experience expanding client accounts.

  • Leadership capability or potential — whether you’ve led formally, mentored others, or want to develop this in the future.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
