The IN Group recently took part in the first-ever Global Exchange with Career International 科锐国际, marking a milestone moment in our growing global partnership.
The exchange offered a unique opportunity for colleagues from The IN Group to connect with our Career International counterparts, experience one of the world’s most dynamic recruitment markets, and gain a deeper understanding of how our two businesses are driving innovation across the global talent landscape.
Career International is China’s leading recruitment and talent solutions business, with over 2,500 employees across multiple brands and specialisms. Like The IN Group, they are a multi-brand organisation with a shared purpose - to power businesses and people to succeed through exceptional talent solutions.
The visit began in Beijing, where the team visited Career International’s head office, explored the city’s historic Hutong district, toured Li Auto’s factory (one of Career International’s key clients), and even climbed the Great Wall of China.
The group then travelled by bullet train to Shanghai, where they visited the Shanghai Tower, attended the Career International annual banquet, and met the teams at the Shanghai office.
This initiative reflects The IN Group’s continued commitment to fostering global collaboration, cultural exchange, and professional growth opportunities across our international network.
